As a team leader, I want to be able to re-assign a review process to other teamleaders within the group.

How To
A feature that has been included for review processes is an interface that allows for new reviewers to be assigned to a review process. When viewing a team members upcoming reviews table, there is purple pencil icon in the actions column that
Clicking on the button will open a pop-up window that will allow a new team leader to be assigned. Valid team leaders will appear in the dropdown list. Once the choice has been confirmed, then the old reviewer is replaced with the new reviewer. This allows the new reviewer to continue the review process and schedule any new review meetings.
Previous review steps will still show the reviewer at the time the step was completed.
